The 72 unit apartment complex was built in 1998. The goal was to build a complex that would provide beautiful and affordable one bedroom apartments for those 55 and over.

One of the important features of our apartments is the fact that there are no steps to contend with. Each apartment comes with a washer and dryer, along with dishwashers and a garbage disposal. Mail is delivered to each apartment and each resident control their own heat at no cost to the resident. The friendship room is available to all residents allowing a place to visit, read, watch T.V. or just enjoy the quietness of the room. Income guidelines do apply, but rent is not adjusted according to our residents income.

Our office hours are 10am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am-4pm on Friday with our office closed on the weekend.
