Burton Placement began on April 1, 1991. The company is owned by 6 employees from the Sauk Valley Area. We have offices in Dixon, Rochelle, Oregon, Princeton, Sycamore, and Sterling. Burton Placement offers; temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct job placement. Burton Placement also offers HR outsourcing, drug and alcohol screening, payroll service, cleaning service, OSHA forklift training and over 500 computer based skills assessment tests.

In 1995 we purchased Mercy Nursing, that provides private duty, staff relief , blood pressure and flu clinics, drug screening and Homemaker services.
